In order to play the world you must first click the download button next to the description. Then what you want to do is open this folder. Next you want to search %appdata% look online to see where to search this. Finally open the .minecraft folder, open saves, and drop the folder in. Now run minecraft and go to singleplayer and open the world. Type "~/Library" into the search bar that pops up. Inside the library, select "Application Support," then the "Minecraft" folder will be inside that. In the Minecraft folder there will be another called "Saves." Drag the world's folder into this one and restart the game, it should appear with your other worlds.
